I would highly recommend this firm of solicitors and we have used them on several occasions. Our recent move was full of challenges, but due to Megan’s expertise, communication skills and attention to detail the move happened. Stephanie and Emma were also so helpful - a great team overall. I have used Matthew and Matthew for previous house purchases so no hesitation in using them for my re-mortgage when it came to the end of the fixed term. More of a personal service than the online offers from the mortgage companies.
Emma King and the team are professional and a pleasure to deal with. Communication was always clear and prompt. Being local to me made it easy to pop in with any documents required.

We needed to choose a solicitor for a remortgage. Having called several firms, we chose Matthew & Matthew for two reasons: The initial enquiry was dealt with most efficiently and the pricing was competitive.
Lalitha, our solicitor, was thorough and efficient. She went the extra mile to help us (literally from her sick bed) We were so grateful to have had her for the conveyance. Thank you Lalitha, you were great!

Cannot recommend Helen, and all at M&M enough. Our house sale became quite complicated and time consuming, but Helen was helpful and responsive throughout. We dealt with many incompetent conveyancing solicitors on the buyers side, which only made us feel happier be represented by Helen.

This was my second purchase working with Anna Davey following a recommendation from my sister a few years ago and once again our transaction went through smoothly and I’m again a very happy customer. This was very far from a straightforward purchase (my fault), and we working to a very tight timeframe in order to beat the stamp duty holiday in June. Anna provided a brilliant service and I was very pleased that we got the purchase completed in time. She is/was very professional, responsive and flexible to my changing requirements, and she explained every step of the process. We even hit a huge issue with a week to go (again this was my fault), but thankfully Anna honestly did save the day thanks to her great contacts in the industry and proactive approach. I live in Essex and obviously M&M are in Bournemouth, but this is not a problem at all. I have recommended Anna to friends and family in the past and I will continue to do so. Thank you Anna!
