Outstanding Service

Great communication
Very efficient service, communication was constant and we always knew where we stood. Even though our process and experience was slow Matthew and Matthew did everything they could their end and made things happen.

Recommended
I've used Matthew and Matthew twice; once when buying my first flat, and once when dealing with the title change after my husband and I separated.
I decided to use the estate agent's recommended solicitor for my current flat purchase, and I really regret not using Matthew and Matthew. I thought it was a good option as you don't pay anything if you don't complete but I'd have rather lost money with Matthew and Matthew than deal with these guys. Lesson learned! I'd highly recommend Matthew and Matthew for a property purchase or a title change and if I can get out of using the solicitors I'm with right now, I'll be approaching Matthew and Matthew immediately.
They always make it clear when they're out of office, and often someone else will respond if you have a query in that time.
Also I was charged less than I was quoted for my title change, which makes me trust Matthew and Matthew.
I've dealt with Emma King, Megan Humphreys and Stephanie Deacon. All very professional and quick to respond.
