Cannot recommend Helen, and all at M&M enough. Our house sale became quite complicated and time consuming, but Helen was helpful and responsive throughout. We dealt with many incompetent conveyancing solicitors on the buyers side, which only made us feel happier be represented by Helen.

Leasehold Flat Sale Success
Excellent service, particularly with tricky hurdles around awkward third party queries, to get the Flat Sale Completed successfully. The Solicitor and her team just got on with the Flat Sale process diligently and professionally from January to May. Great communication and liaison with my Estate Agent as well.

Brilliant service for sale and purchase
We used Matthew & Matthew for our house sake and purchase and they were brilliant. Kept us informed throughout and always had time for queries. There was a trust involved due to my late Grandfather passing away and Matthew & Matthew ensured to understand exactly what this meant for us and how it needed to be treated going foward. We fully recommend them and will use again if needed.

Efficient, helpful, clear advice implemented in a friendly manner
We were recommended to consult Helen Bean of Matthew & Matthew by a very good friend of ours who is also a local estate agent ( not involved in our purchase).
