Hi , Its been 12 months since I was given your contact details from my union , I work for DCC Exeter and was redeployed during the pandemic last year . I injured my shoulder and was off work for 10 weeks . I appreciate these take time to resolve but I haven't had any response from Thompson's representative James Delicate , I have sent emails but nothing back , I hope you respond back via this link . I referred my sister to Thompsons via my union over an accident that she unfortunately was involved in. Amanda Caffrey was assigned our case and was brilliant throughout the whole process. She kept us informed with the relevant information and advice that we needed and was always available to answer our questions and queries. Amanda brought a successful claim against the offenders and secured an excellent result. Many thanks Amanda for your expertise and advice. It was very much appreciated.

I was being seriously mistreated and lied about in the workplace.

As a result, I had to go in front of the highest teaching court in the land in order to save my career.

Andrew and his colleagues helped me construct a defence that proved my character and credibility throughout my ordeal.
