Incompetent solicitors

Got in contact with this firm after an accident I had. They said yes they would take on my claim & had me sign paperwork & organised physio for me, only to be told by letter ( cowards ) that a senior solicitor said they did not see this as a successful case. Absolute disgrace. I've already telephoned them for a better explanation, which I'm not satisfied with, so no comment please from this firm telling me to do so as you obviously don't have a satisfactory explanation for me 😡
