Delays and poor communication
I recently engaged the services of Scott Rowe for a conveyancing transaction and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory.
One of the primary issues I faced was their lack of timely communication. Important updates were often delayed, leaving me uncertain about the progress of my transaction. On several occasions, I had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple response, which added unnecessary stress to an already challenging process. This lack of prompt communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as time-sensitive as property transactions.
Another concerning aspect was the apparent need for guidance from me on certain parts of the conveyancing process. As a client, I expected Scott Rowe to have the expertise and knowledge to handle all aspects of the transaction efficiently. However, there were instances where they seemed unsure and required advice from me, which undermined my confidence in their capabilities.
Moreover, the overall pace of the transaction was frustratingly slow. Despite clear time constraints, there was little urgency from their side to ensure the completion of the purchase within the prescribed timeline. This sluggishness not only risked the success of my transaction but also added to my anxiety as the deadline approached.
In summary, my experience with Scott Rowe was disappointing due to their poor communication, lack of expertise, and slow handling of a time-sensitive transaction. I hope they address these issues promptly to provide a better service to their future clients.
