Amazing

“I honestly can’t fault the service I received. It was such a difficult time for me and my family, but Callie from the Mansfield office was incredible.
She was reassuring, patient, and went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. She kept us updated every step of the way, and her professionalism was outstanding.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again if needed, though I’m hoping I won’t have to!

Her support made all the difference, and I’m so grateful.”

Couldn’t recommend Ellie enough she was absolutely brilliant I was extremely anxious she did everything possible to keep me calm she heard me out and understood all the way through she watched all the evidence I had and was continually reassuring all the way through the interview I was a little tearful due to it being my terminally ill mothers birthday (I should of been at her birthday meal) Ellie understood all of this and spoke to the officer tried to get the interview over as quickly as possible for me so I could go and see my mum Ellie was personally so kind understanding she put me at total ease her work was thorough and professional her advice went above and beyond she explained to me straight away that I was threatened first and had acted out in self defence in fear I was going to be attacked by a man she told me to explain all this through the interview and express genuine emotion throughout Ellie even checked in afterwards to make sure I understood everything correctly and ask if my mother had a good birthday this was greatly appreciated all of her work throughout was thank you again Ellie

About this branch

Description

The Johnson Partnership is one of the largest criminal law firm in England and Wales. We've achieved that status by being the best. We provide 24 hour emergency cover to handle arrests and interviews, and our team can take you through every part of the criminal justice process. Most cases begin with an arrest or interview by the police. If you are going to be interviewed you should always have a solicitor with you. It is free so you won't have to pay anything, and with our specialist team of police station advisors we can make sure you receive the best advice, whatever time of day or night. If the police believe that you have committed a crime then you may be charged and have to attend court. We have a dedicated team of solicitors who can represent you in court and advise you about the best course of action. Our advice is always personalised to you, to what is best in your individual situation. We will make sure that we explain everything clearly and help you to make the right decisions about how your case should go forward. Although the majority of cases are dealt with in the Magistrates Court some cases go to the Crown Court. We will help you decide whether that is right for your case, and if it does then we have a specialist team of Crown Court advocates and caseworkers who will conduct your case for you. We always work as a team with you. We will explain all the options that you have and how your case may go forward. Our goal in every case is to get the best possible outcome for you. As well as our general criminal teams we also have a specialist fraud department and a specialist prison law team.
