My experience with harriot

I couldn’t recommend harriot anymore, I turned up to the office in chesterfield having left a previous firm who I felt was not dealing with my case with the correct professionalism, I arrived the most shattered, broken, and depressed I’ve ever felt and on the verge of ending my life looking at a very very heavy sentence for something I was utterly innocent of, and she’s been dealing the case against me for a year and a half which has finally came to an end.. and honestly she has been my backbone from the start till the end I’ve never felt so much confidence in a defence solicitor before. every single doubt I had I was completely assured and any question I had was never left unanswered or felt like it left with more to ask, she also created a safe space where I could talk uttlery from the rawest of heart and feel no judgement or dismissal. I would describe harriot as very professional, well informed, and very determined with a do or die trying attitude, but also so sincere and friendly I felt a very genuine professional lawyer/client bond such a pleasure and breath of fresh air to interact with everytime, an absolute 10/10 experience definitely a jobsworth, and if I ever find myself in a bad situation again which i hope I do not I know exactly who I’ll be getting in touch with

Road Traffic Accident - Nicoletta Denaro

In early September I had a road traffic accident when I carelessly collided with a bollard writing off my vehicle. Having never been in any sort of "trouble" before I was petrified when I was cautioned by the police and brought in for interview. I was advised by a friend to request for a duty solicitor to help advise me through the interview, apprehensively I did but this turned out to be the best decision I made during the whole process.

I was greeted on the day by solicitor, Nicoletta Denaro, who I can not thank enough for everything she did for me at the station and after. She instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable within a place I felt the least comfortable I had ever been, she was down to earth and friendly but at the same time tenacious in her approach which for me personally I admired and felt very well supported. She displayed excellent legal knowledge and professionalism, which for someone who knows nothing about the law or how it works was really reassuring. I could not recommend Nicoletta enough. After the interview date she was always on hand to answer any of my questions, which being someone who had never dealt with the police you can only imagine how many I had. Her communication was second to none and she gave constant clear advice on what to do or say and not to do or say.

Due to the positive experience I had with Nicoletta, I chose to be represented in court by The Johnson Partnership. John Wilford was allocated to represent me on the day and again was very friendly and displayed great legal knowledge helping me decide on my plea and giving me comfort I was good hands within the courtroom.

Court appearances and Police incidents are never nice for anyone and I really hope to never be in that position again but I cannot thank The Johnson Partnership and Nicoletta enough for their advice, support and professionalism. I would hugely recommend contacting if you are in that position where you require advice or help.

Represented Ethan Bird

Shannon was very welcoming, kind and understanding as we were very nervous. She represented my son and was very professional. She took us through everything and made sure we understood what was happening. Without Shannon my son would probably not of got the outcome we did, so we will be eternally thankful. She is a credit to your firm.

We appreciate you Emma.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Emma Eardley for her outstanding work on my son’s case. Thanks to her tireless efforts, expertise, and dedication, we were able to avoid the devastating prospect of youth custody for my child. Her professionalism throughout the process was impeccable. She kept us fully informed every step of the way, ensuring we were aware of all aspects of the case and answering any questions we had. Her attention to detail, clear communication, and genuine care made an incredibly stressful time more manageable. I cannot thank her enough for her support and for fighting so hard for the best outcome for my son. She truly went above and beyond, and we are deeply grateful for everything she has done.

Have a great Christmas and New Years Emma x

About this branch

Description

The Johnson Partnership is one of the largest criminal law firm in England and Wales. We've achieved that status by being the best. We provide 24 hour emergency cover to handle arrests and interviews, and our team can take you through every part of the criminal justice process. Most cases begin with an arrest or interview by the police. If you are going to be interviewed you should always have a solicitor with you. It is free so you won't have to pay anything, and with our specialist team of police station advisors we can make sure you receive the best advice, whatever time of day or night. If the police believe that you have committed a crime then you may be charged and have to attend court. We have a dedicated team of solicitors who can represent you in court and advise you about the best course of action. Our advice is always personalised to you, to what is best in your individual situation. We will make sure that we explain everything clearly and help you to make the right decisions about how your case should go forward. Although the majority of cases are dealt with in the Magistrates Court some cases go to the Crown Court. We will help you decide whether that is right for your case, and if it does then we have a specialist team of Crown Court advocates and caseworkers who will conduct your case for you. We always work as a team with you. We will explain all the options that you have and how your case may go forward. Our goal in every case is to get the best possible outcome for you. As well as our general criminal teams we also have a specialist fraud department and a specialist prison law team.
