Approached by these ....ks 4 5 years ago. Filled out numerous forms and chased. Same waffle when you get through. 4.5 years and they still haven't a Scooby what they are doing. No money, no comms, I am sure they used my info to sell to marketing companies.. the company are fraudulant

Your Lawyers took on my case, they put my mind at ease from the first phone call and were kind and Professional. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed through out the whole process. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Your Lawyers were great from the first phone call to the end result. Very professional and kind, they put my mind at ease and kept me upto date through out. They made sure i got the outcome I deserved and wouldn't settle for less.
I would definitely recommend Your Lawyers to my friends and family and if I ever need a lawyer I know where to come.

Approached due to virg media case 2 years ago. Poor communication, no progress at all. But I'm sure they will be happy to take excessive fee!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
Absolutely terrible!! My case went on for almost 4 years and very little communication from them! They advised me to settle my case … informed me that they would reduce the fees down to 70% in-line with the other companies involved with my case due to them advising me to accept a much lower figure but they still took 25% … also as I was going through a mental illness and my Mother In Law was very poorly I think they took total advantage of my situation to get me to sign something quickly so I didn’t realise what I was signing.
Several times I was emailed in error sending me details / prices charged that I disagreed with!!
I am waiting for the Ombudsman to contact me regarding this case!!
THEY HAVE TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR CLIENTS!! Only interested in taking YOUR money and adding to your misery!!

this is the second review that i have left,( as i have had 2 claims ) i cannot praise these guys enough.
I was lucky enough to have Helen Slack acting for me both times, not only did she get me a better outcome than i expected ( both times), she also talked me through the whole process so that i could understand what was happening. these guys are the real deal and i would like to say a massive thank you to Helen for all her hard work. Highly recommended

My experience with Your Lawyers has been excellent. My Solicitor Samantha has been brilliant. Even during Covid and lockdown, I was kept updated with progress. All the team at Your Lawyers were friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend this firm and definitely use them again if the need arises.

Keep sending me emails and texts regarding a diesel online claim. I haven't completed any forms. Now they are threatening me with a fee as I'm ignoring them. Avoid this company as they seem like a bunch of con artists.
