Joni & the team at Elliot Mather managed to get my house purchase through in 16 days to beat the SDLT increase. The whole process was dealt with efficiently, I’m hugely grateful to them for getting it through, but also making it smooth and stress free by keeping me well informed throughout.
I will definitely be using them again, and recommending, for any conveyancing needs

Fantastic service, will recommend highly!

Elliot Mather handled the sale of my home and purchase of new build property and have been brilliant from start to finish. Joni Johnson was my conveyancer and worked extremely hard to ensure everything was done to schedule as we were on a tight deadline. She kept me up to date regarding every little detail and nothing was too much trouble. Joni worked her socks off to make sure our house sale and purchase completed before the stamp duty deadline.

She regularly kept us updated via email and phone calls which was greatly appreciated (and even worked on a weekend as the deadline loomed.)

She always responded timely to any queries and did this in a friendly and approachable manner. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Joni and would happily use her again in the future.

I worked with Elliot Mather to buy a house for my 81 year old mum. I live in America so you can imagine this was not straightforward. Joni was exceptional from start to finish

Joni is one of the best professionals we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We desperately wanted to get into our house before stamp duty increased, and thanks to Joni, we did just that. She gave us with frequent updates and chased parties that were holding up the process to get the ball moving. If it wasn't for Joni I'm certain we would have had to pay the increased stamp duty rate. I believe the whole process of selling our old house and buying our current one took just over 2 months. I would recommend Joni in a heartbeat and wouldn't look to use anyone else for future house moves. Thanks so much for everything you did.

I was going through a very difficult time in my life when I was falsely accused of assault & Coercion by my ex wife, I made a decision to go & see a solicitor & boy did I make the right decision picking Julie Skill what a good honest lady she is, she made me feel at ease with the situation, plus she saved me money, I can't praise Julie enough for her hard work & her honesty, if I ever need a solicitor again I would only go for Julie she is a credit to her profession & Elliot Mathers.

I reached out to Elliot Mather after my support worker recommended them. That’s when I met my solicitor Laura Bell. Laura explained absolutely everything in ways that made the whole process easy to understand, She supported me emotionally but told me all the possible out comes and didn’t sugarcoat anything.

I personally had a very nice, quick and easy experience with Elliot Mather. I would also like to say another huge thank you to Laura for helping my family get to the happy place that we are in now!!
