Excellent choice for our conveyancing

After scouring the market for a legal firm to execute the sale & purchase of our old & new properties we chose Eliot Mather LLP after a recommendation from a friend. We were fortunate to have our case handled by Joni Johnson & her colleagues in the JJO Property Team and I can not speak highly enough of Joni's professionalism and attention to detail throughout the whole process. She provided us with invaluable advice on serious potential issues with the first property we intended to purchase, and then proceeded to secure all the searches on our replacement property in double quick time. She was also very helpful in getting all parties to agree a date for the exchange of contracts after drag in the chain threatened to delay matters. In summary we will have no hesitation in placing any future business with Joni & her team and I unreservedly recommend their services.

They were recommended to me. And with a pinch of salt I started the process. These guys are extremely professional and their communication pattern cannot be compared.

I am a first time buyer, I had alot of concerns as you would expect but Elliott Mather held my hands all through and made the entire journey seamless. Their price is extremely fair compare to the amount of work that they do.

I must mention, Lucy Webster. Oh, she's an absolute 💯 support system. You would ask Lucy same question 10 times and she would respond to you 20 times until you have total clarity, her patience level is one to none.

Thank you Lucy, you absolutely represented Elliott Mather well. I recommend this Solicitor 💯.

Members of my family have had several reasons to contact and instruct Elliot Mather (Derby) in recent times.
On each occasion, from the initial telephone contact to the end product we have been more than impressed with the helpful and effective service all staff provide.
Calls are returned, questions (face to face, telephone and email are are always answered - and promptly) visits are friendly and beneficial and above all, the end product is founded on our needs and sound advice from Elliot Mather.
On these last couple of occasions we dealt with Mandip from the firm. She personifies all the qualities the solicitors have. She is fiercely effective, knowledgable and extremely personable - but she also has those qualities that just can’t be coached. A sense of humour and tolerance with those clients that need that ‘extra’ bit of help and explanation. I’ve seen it first hand and it was impressive. A fantastic ambassador for Elliot Mather.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Joni at Elliot Mather through a purchase of a new property, along with a transfer of title process ongoing at the same time.

Joni was extremely knowledgeable, professional and it was clear Joni had my best interests in mind at all times.

The process was a little lengthy due to the management company involved but Joni continued with her professionalism, and kept me involved and informed throughout.

I was going through a very difficult time in my life when I was falsely accused of assault & Coercion by my ex wife, I made a decision to go & see a solicitor & boy did I make the right decision picking Julie Skill what a good honest lady she is, she made me feel at ease with the situation, plus she saved me money, I can't praise Julie enough for her hard work & her honesty, if I ever need a solicitor again I would only go for Julie she is a credit to her profession & Elliot Mathers.

I reached out to Elliot Mather after my support worker recommended them. That’s when I met my solicitor Laura Bell. Laura explained absolutely everything in ways that made the whole process easy to understand, She supported me emotionally but told me all the possible out comes and didn’t sugarcoat anything.

I personally had a very nice, quick and easy experience with Elliot Mather. I would also like to say another huge thank you to Laura for helping my family get to the happy place that we are in now!!
