She is predominantly based at our Chesterfield branch, but is able to advise clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Lucy completed her LLB (Hons) Degree at Nottingham Trent University, achieving a First Class Honours. She is currently undertaking the Solicitors Graduate Apprenticeship to become a qualified solicitor. During her time at Elliot Mather LLP, Lucy has gained experience and knowledge in a range of residential transactions including freehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers, and help to buy redemptions. She is currently expanding her knowledge and undergoing further training for leasehold and newbuild transactions.

Brilliant service!
I'm a first time buyer and the horror stories I'd heard about buying a house nearly put me off but I can honestly say the service I received from Lucy at Elliot Mather was first class. I completed within seven weeks of reserving my house and that is all down to the hard work, clear guidance and endless knowledge that Lucy provided me with!
