This guy was a wast of time. Wouldn’t reply to emails ,avoided phone calls to the extent that I had to withhold my number for Chris Toms to answer.Takes your money and wants to do very little work for it .even doesn’t inform you that he won’t be defending on the day of your trail,was told by court staff and then the solicitor that Chris Toms has appointed the day before your trail had only seen the paperwork the day before .apparently according to Chris Toms this happens a lot .i Should have realised when Chris Toms said to me that he thought I had rang him to say that I wasn’t able to come to the court ????? Then he thought that I was on bail with conditions this showed me he hadn’t got a clue to what was going on . I should have taken the case away from him and instructed another company as advised to do by an independent advisor .in my opinion do not use this guy he is completely incompetent. You will be sorry if you do .i was shocked at the service I received .shocking .

Looked after by very professional people definitely use these people again no doubt about it very helpful you had a good understanding what was going on and thanks for everything
