Very supportive, from reception to solicitor always friendly and helpful. I have a very difficult situation after the death of my partner. I made the mistake of hiring Derek Clements to act twice for me. He made such big errors both times (didn't read the lease), I had to take the company to the Ombudsman twice. It also turned out he failed to return money to me. Be mindful that their "complaints" procedure is managed by one of their partners K Doran. So, conflict of interest there straight away & as a result, they don't take complaints seriously. Plenty of solicitors out there, so don't waste your money on this one. They were a truly dreadful experience & so unprofessional.

Olivia (trainee solicitor)has helped us so much with the legal aspects of house sale,probate, lasting power of attorney and set up a trust . Throughout it all she has explained and helped us with what we thought was a complicated process and Olivia has made everything so much easier for us .
