Buying our first house was made so much easier with Tilly Bailey & Irvine. Rachael and Charmaine helped us through all the steps, keeping us up to date and were so accommodating, especially given we moved across the country from Essex to Durham - they ensured completion would be carried out as early as possible to give us time to drive and collect our keys. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

Had to chase on so many occasions to get an update, which was mostly given back in a prompt manner which indicates that you had the information which thus left me feeling you would only update when chased.
After the first four weeks I chased to ensure everything was progressing ok to be told that the company was still waiting for my initial payment. This was paid four weeks earlier and i had to email through proof of payment. At no point was it acknowledged that it had clearly been missed and a response, apologising it hadn't been picked up would have been appreciated, rather than, we will now start.
I used your company as recommended by Manners & Harrison to hopefully speed things up but certainly wouldn't use again and I have relayed this back to the estate agents.
Everything went through after being drawn out with a number of my requests ignored, which in the end I just accepted to get over the line.
I appreciate you're not a service driven business, rather than expertise and knowledge but I do feel things could and should be improved.

From start to finish Toni and Emily from TBI have been amazing with the sale and purchase of the property. Nothing was ever too much for them from the little daft questions to explaining the paperwork. They made sure we were on track and kept us updated throughout the full process.
