Buying and selling a house is an experience .

Although our journey was a long and arduous experience Kelly and Frankie were easy to contact they were also easy to speak to .The process of buying and selling is harder to understand with the new technology we remember going into the solicitors office and doing everything there .We know those days are over so we appreciate the help we got ..

I am pleased to share my review which relates to the convenancy services provided to me by Jessica Garthwaite during the sale of 2 Otago Road, Whittlesey.

I can't praise the service Jessica Garthwaite provided highly enough in a few words.
Jessica was a delight to deal with, she was diligent, thorough, highly professional, approachable and kept me informed throughout the lengthy process of selling the property. Jessica worked tirelessly to ensure there were no delays from the selling side of the transaction. I couldn't ask for better support.
I highly recommend Jessica Garthwaite and and would have no hesitation in using Tilly Bailey & Irvine conveyancy services again.

We used TB&I through our estate agents. Although we were apprehensive at first due to the distant between them and ourselves, they were great! They allowed us to push our sale and purchase through relatively quickly and were very quick to respond to any queries. Would definitely use them again!

I cannot thank Jessica and her team enough at Tilly Bailey & Irvine. The house moved through really smoothly and quickly, and Jessica was always quick to reply and guided me through the process very very effectively. There were a few minor snags with the seller's solicitor, but the team at TBI were super-great in dealing with these. I cannot thank her enough. Could not be happier, and thoroughly recommend her and her team. A very very impressive operation in Hartlepool.
