Well I had the chance to experience how good the company are for myself when I used them in a purchase of a home . Maria Northrop’s Team based at the Stockton Office helped me with the purchase and from start to finish they advised and kept me informed throughout the purchase and answering any questions I had . The team provided a first class service despite the problems presented by a difficult buyer and the banking issues on the day of completion. We were kept informed during the process and I was able to call in and discuss issues that arose during the process at a time that coincided with me visiting my mum in the nursing home.

House sale and purchase

House sale and purchase went through without any hitches. Responses back to request for updates was always timely and professional. Paper documents and wet ink signatures where used rather than an electronic portal which made part of the process a bit more cumbersome than it needed to be.
