With a challenging timescale given up and coming changes to stamp duty, Olivia and her team went above and beyond to complete our move in under 12 weeks. The charging and process were clear from the start, the portal was accessible and easy to use, saving time by uploading documentation. Any uncertainties were explained with patience and understanding. Our input was sought at the right points as well as good advice and guidance being given on points raised. When we hit a bump in the road, Olivia kept us calm and reassured and proactively did what was required to keep driving forward. Without the tenacity and expertise we would not have achieved the move in the timescales. My only feedback would be ’its good to talk’ sometimes and email is great for efficiency but there are times a reassuring voice / phonecall is better and explaining the detail helps some of us who need to understand it to process it (I am being picky here!). Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Thank you again.
