Excellent conveyancing experience

This review is for conveyancing that was recently undertaken for my parent's house move. There was added pressure from all parties to meet the March 31st deadline before the Stamp duty charges increased. The work was undertaken in a professional manner by Sarah-Jane Featherstone and her assistant Susan Frammingham. A face to face meeting was very useful in helping my parents understand the final process and putting their minds at ease. Thank you for a great service and for all of your help.

Excellent Service

We instructed Bowsers for the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. Ian and Emma were very professional and efficient when dealing with queries, calls and emails.
It was a long drawn out sale but they both kept us update to date every step of the way.
I would definitely recommend the team at Bowsers.

Moving Home

Bowsers acted for us when moving home, we had a few challenges on the way with our first buyers pulling out and then we sold again and brought a probate property and this was a long drawn out waiting time for this, but our solicitor Sarah - Jane was fantastic and helped us through all the difficult times and we moved a week ago today, it went very smoothly at the end. I would recommend Bowsers to anyone, and our go to solicitor will always be Sarah - Jane.
