Paula Judd was incredibly helpful and understanding during our recent house move. She dealt with the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new house. A stressful time was made much easier by her friendly manner and total professionalism. Communication was excellent, everything was explained perfectly, advice given and queries dealt with promptly. Land Registry Assent - professional, clear and affordable
Very professional service from Paula Judd, Akhil Choudhury and the team. Surprisingly low fees, thoroughly expert information-giving, comprehensive legal knowledge and consistent administrative reliability.
I would definitely recommend this firm.
This case was an assent of property matter involving a first registration application with the new digital Land Registry of an older house with deeds dating back a long time.

I can't find that strong word to describe Paula's professionalism, knowledge and experience. Always, but always she was happy to help us with any questions about our purchase. From the beginning of purchase to the end Paula and her assistant Debra have been very kind and helpful, they have done excellent job for us. Huge thank you. Five stars are not enough for Paula Judd, need much, much more. If I need same or similar services in the future I will back there definitely. Extremely recommend.

Bowsers successfully managed to infuriate and frustrate both myself as the seller, the buyer and even exasperate the Estate Agent during the sale of my property , caused by failures/refusals to keep all parties updated in a timely manner, failures to communicate, creating undue delays by not dealing with matters in a prompt manner, providing wholly inaccurate timeframes, as well as a plethora of other issues. When I complained the complaint was totally whitewashed by Akhil Choudhury, who then became extremely angry and confrontational following a subsequent meeting with him, shouting and raising his voice, constantly interrupting and talking over me, jabbing and pointing his finger at me and even baring his teeth at one stage, and it was only my numerous attempts to de escalate the matter that he finally calmed down. This guy then refused to shake my hand at the end of the meeting. Absolutely shocking behaviour towards a paying client. Of course, when I complained, to Brian Bowser he also completely whitewashed the complaint, but also managed to somehow blame me for all of Bowsers short comings. They seem to take complaints as an affront to their business and also take the matter extremely personally and react accordingly with zero professionalism and with vindictive malice. Would never use this lot again in a million years and would advise others to stay well clear of this outfit.

Don't know if the other reviewers got a discount or I just fell through the slot. Had a small case, black and white, just sub £200. Called explained, rather than say we'll to be honest we're busy or we'll it may not be worth it if you don't hear back. I got yes I'll get him too call you back.... so I sat waiting. Silence. Funny thing is I'm looking for a lawyers for my limited company. I've been paying 700 for legal cover and thought I'd rather save that money in an account and have a relationship with a company that knows us. Always handy and those cases if happened would average 170k. Oh dear. I'm with their competitor now anyway . All the best.
