Lengthy process
Although a fair financial settlement was reached, it took longer than it should have. I often had to chase for responses to my former husband’s correspondence as David missed his own deadlines to be working on my case. He even suddenly disappeared on holiday without letting me know. He was, however, easy to work with once he had the time and we got the job done in the end. It just took too long.

Challenging
David was helpful through out there was a significant amount of chasseing and errors throughout my dealings with bowsers. this seemed to be due to a high workload not for want of trying. For example my ex partner being upset by a very assertive letter that was wrong and only going to cause up set i asked for the draft to be amended but it was sent anyway.
The council tax meant to be settled as part of the finical order was underpaid though promptly corrected when i made them aware etc.

Excellent Friendly supportive service
