While resident in the US, Jacqueline and team helped me to economically change the ownership distribution of our UK rental property which will allow us each to make best use of our UK personal tax allowances now I have retired and collect an annuity. The process was explained clearly and performed on the agreed cost and schedule from abroad. Highly recommended and will be using to update our wills.

Incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain every stage of my process so I was fully informed before I made any decisions. Always communicated back when they say they would I cant praise them enough as they helped me when I was desperate. Also Alex, who is new to this role will be a future asset to this team, he was polite, patient and worked hard to achieve a positive outcome in such dire circumstances. Brilliant team.

Radhika was wonderful. She sorted out my Will and Power of Attorney documents. She explained everything so that I could understand it and was always available if I had any problems at all

Colin Glass was very efficient, practical and patient. He drew up mirror Wills for my late husband and me. I did inform him of my husband's passing but sorry to note that your datebase has not been updated as your email to me included his name. He passed away on 28/2/2024. I am intending to have one of your solicitors draw up my own Will, despite the high cost of doing so. Your firm is decidedly dearer than others I have contacted but decided to go with Siraj Aziz because of my past dealings with IBB.

Amazing team with Julie and Marina headed by Laurence, quick sale although very complicated in part and requiring quite a few indemnities. From sales memos to exchange in five weeks with completion one week later with a month that had two bank holidays too - We couldn't have done it without the great communication, so thank you.
