Professional & Persistent with a challenging buyers solicitor

Saima spent most of 2024 dealing with 2 of the worst buyers solicitors I have come across in 20 years on what should have been a relatively simple sale, without a chain. The first buyer took everyone up to exchange and then didn't follow through. The second sale became more and more difficult as the weeks went by. The buyers solicitor did not advise their buyer what to do and when and despite Saima's best efforts at calling and emailing them throughout the sale process the other party rarely replied or returned calls. They were extremely unprofessional. It was a literally a battle and a grind from start to completion. If it had not been for Saima diffusing my own frustration with the buyers solicitor I may have quite easily blown the whole sale. Saima handled everything extremely professionally and kept me updated throughout. I can highly recommend. Thank you Saima.

Everyone I have ever dealt with at Machins is professional, pro-active and great at communication with updates when you need them. I cannot fault them. I got recommended to use Rosie at Machins Solicitors by a friend for the purchase of our first home. I couldn't recommend her more. She is very approachable and quick to respond, happy to answer any queries no matter how silly they may have sounded. Everything with the house was sorted as quickly as possible and we were kept in the loop the whole time. Having Rosie as our solicitor really helped to ease a lot of the stresses and nerves that come with buying a house for the first time.

Machins handled my case with great care and precision. Communication between myself and the company was clear and prompt. Rates were competitive and the service offered was second to none.
