Outstanding service

I had to sell my house and Saima Shah handled this efficiently and professionally. This involved a buyer dropping out and then another buyer silent for 2 months. Saima chased this up and the sale was exchanged and completed the same day soon after.

Landlord repairs dispute

Machins were engaged due to a long running dispure with our landlord regarding roof repairs. Issue had been ongoing for 8 years. Machins contacted the landlord to explain their obligations under the lease. Within 3 months repairs are now underway.

Matter was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Wish I had engaged Machins sooner.

My partner and I worked closely with Jackie Hand for a little over a year whilst we purchased our first home. Jackie was everything you could want from a solicitor. She ensured that we were always kept up to date with the process and properly understood all the different phases of house buying. Machins handled my case with great care and precision. Communication between myself and the company was clear and prompt. Rates were competitive and the service offered was second to none.
