Great Service!
I got recommended to use Rosie at Machins Solicitors by a friend for the purchase of our first home. I couldn't recommend her more. She is very approachable and quick to respond, happy to answer any queries no matter how silly they may have sounded. Everything with the house was sorted as quickly as possible and we were kept in the loop the whole time. Having Rosie as our solicitor really helped to ease a lot of the stresses and nerves that come with buying a house for the first time.

First Time Buying a House
Rosie Was incredibly professional and supportive in the process of buying my first home.
Every step was straightforward and explained to me very well.

Sale of property in Hemel Hempstead
Rosie and her team were helpful, understanding and easy to contact. I was selling from abroad which is not easy but the whole process was smooth and well explained.

Made things much easier
Rosie was an absolute star the entire way through our house purchase, nothing was too much to ask and she was always on hand to answer any questions we had. Rosie also ensured things were as stress free for us as possible by keeping us posted on where everything was up to and making sure all documents were sent as quickly as possible.
We managed to complete quite quickly mainly because of Rosie’s determination.

Machins Berkhamsted Housesale
The whole process from agreeing price to completion on the sale of our house took 3 1/2 months, driven a lot by our solicitor keeping on top of the buyer's side, so we were pleased with how things were progressed. The only hiccup we had was in (not) getting our NS&I account details to match, so last minute we had to switch to using a current account. Machins handled this quickly on the day, but it could have been avoided if the details had been checked earlier in the process

House Move
I recently used Rosie at Machins for a house move and i found her to be nothing short of amazing, We were always kept in the loop and replied to with any questions the same day(which on previous experience with other solicitors i found it would take days for them to come back with a reply ) .
