Outstanding service
I had to sell my house and Saima Shah handled this efficiently and professionally. This involved a buyer dropping out and then another buyer silent for 2 months. Saima chased this up and the sale was exchanged and completed the same day soon after.

Professional & Persistent with a challenging buyers solicitor
Saima spent most of 2024 dealing with 2 of the worst buyers solicitors I have come across in 20 years on what should have been a relatively simple sale, without a chain. The first buyer took everyone up to exchange and then didn't follow through. The second sale became more and more difficult as the weeks went by. The buyers solicitor did not advise their buyer what to do and when and despite Saima's best efforts at calling and emailing them throughout the sale process the other party rarely replied or returned calls. They were extremely unprofessional. It was a literally a battle and a grind from start to completion. If it had not been for Saima diffusing my own frustration with the buyers solicitor I may have quite easily blown the whole sale. Saima handled everything extremely professionally and kept me updated throughout. I can highly recommend. Thank you Saima.
