Outstanding solicitor

I was appointed Paul Skuce after I asked for legal advice. Once I spoke with Paul initially I was calmed and reassured, but most importantly, I was finally listened too regarding a very distressing incident. I know exactly what was happening throughout and always kept updated.
I can't thank you enough Paul for everything you have done for myself. It was an absolute pleasure to have met you and have a strong knowledgeable and determined person at my side throughout the court trail. I'm extremely pleased and relieved with the outcome of the court case. I can most certainly recommend Paul Skuce and his firm. If I'm ever in need of a solicitor again I will not hesitate to contact Paul. I wish you all the best.

Review

Nicola is a great solicitor. She was my solicitor for my parole when Covid just hit the uk & as you can imagine it was a hard time for us all but that didnt change her excellence or drive to get the results we both needed. She stayed in contact throughout my recall & supported me when I was in doubt. I recommend Nicola very highly

Thank you.

I highly recommend Reeds Solicitors. The service I received was exceptional—professional, thorough, and genuinely caring. Mr Max Riley-Gould took the time to explain everything clearly and guided me through the entire process. I felt supported and confident in their expertise.
Thank you for your excellent service!

TFL SJPN letter

I was initially concerned about the SPJ notice I received from TFL regarding my ticket. I had intended to print my ticket before boarding the train, but unfortunately, the ticket machine was out of order. Although I paid for my journey, I later forgot to print my ticket at next station due to being in a hurry and was approached by a revenue officer in London overground. Following that incident, I became anxious about the possibility of a criminal record and how it might impact my professional life.

In my search for assistance, I reached out to several solicitor firms, but I found many to be unhelpful and dismissive, questioning why I hadn’t printed my ticket and suggesting that my chances of success were slim since TFL handles these cases strictly. This left me feeling frustrated and disheartened.

After conducting further research and reading positive reviews, I decided to contact REEDS. From my very first interaction with case worker Brianna, I felt reassured. Then Brianna assigned my case to solicitor Kate Macnab, who listened attentively to my concerns ,took the time to understand my situation and handled all aspects of my case. She advised me to gather some references and reassured me that I had a good chance of a favorable outcome if I could provide the necessary documentation.

I am extremely grateful to REEDS, Kate Macnab, and Brianna for their support and guidance. My case was ultimately dismissed with a warning, and I have no criminal record. I highly recommend REEDS for anyone needing legal assistance; they offer clarity and peace of mind during challenging times. Thank you for your exceptional service!

Serious case of fare evasion

I instructed Nathan Seymour-Hyde in relation to a serious fare evasion matter. I was found to have an incorrect ticket by Revenue Protection Officers and having looked at my purchase history, it was clear to them that I had been purchasing incorrect tickets (and previously child tickets on top of the wrong station) for 1 and a half years, making me a ‘persistent offender’. My case was of a quite serious nature, with 138 incidents of fare evasion. I was worried about being prosecuted and receiving a criminal record, especially with the term ‘fraud’ being thrown around. Working in the legal sector, a criminal record would have had an enormous impact on my career and consequently my mental heath. I quickly contacted Nathan having seen his incredible reviews which speak to his track record. Every member of the Reeds team that I have dealt with has been professional, efficient and friendly. Nathan put me at ease from the first appointment and I was confident handing the matter over to him and trusting him to deal with it whilst I put it to the back of my mind. I knew I was in safe hands. Two weeks after my initial consultation I have been offered an out of court settlement! I was expecting a much heftier fine and potentially a much worse outcome involving a criminal record, given the seriousness of my very evident repeat offending. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Nathan is true to his reputation.

Outstanding Service: Prompt, Diligent, and Beyond Expectations!

Following a potential prosecution for using an out-of-date railcard, I reached out to Reeds Solicitors and was assisted by Nathan Seymour-Hyde. Nathan handled my situation promptly and with great care. He was incredibly patient, considerate, and took the time to understand the significance of securing an out-of-court settlement for me, as well as the broader implications a prosecution could have. He took all the necessary and required steps to ensure the outcome was favorable for me, going above and beyond to keep me informed and updated—even outside of office hours—to ensure I had enough time to prepare the required documentation. I can't thank him and the team at Reeds enough for their hard work and incredibly quick response.
