Excellent speedy service

Franklins have just helped us with our house move, selling one property and buying another. The whole process was very quick and only took 8 weeks. 1st class!!

...service to clients is maintained at the highest level.

I have had the pleasure of working with John Mackay over a number of years and they are a strong asset to the Franklins Law team. Their strong command over finance, operations and compliance, combined with their exceptional professionalism and problem-solving help to ensure that service to clients is maintained at the highest level.

Stephanie helped us through a particularly awkward sale where multiple parties caused what appeared to be insurmountable problems. The process went on forever in spite of best efforts and it seemed we would never get to exchange because of challenges outside our control. Stephanie stuck to her task and her experience and diligence finally got us over the line. Without Stephanie we may have lost our buyer and thousands of pounds. Thank you so much!

I used Franklins, specifically Stephanie and her wonderful team, to manage a sale with the added complication of me being abroad for the whole process. In all aspects - communication, knowledge, advice, calmness, timeliness and suggestions - they excelled and provided a wonderful, human and pragmatic service. I absolutely recommend them, would use them again at the drop of a hat, and wish Stephanie, Freya et al all the best! Thank you!
