It is 8 weeks since you completed on the sale of Ridgeway Lane and purchase Leda Avenue for us. My how time flies. I wanted to express my thanks for the assistance you gave us during what could have been a very fraught time. You were courteous and helpful, when we called, explaining procedures that had to be followed and what stage you had reached with them. You were always happy to look in to any queries we raised and answer any questions we had. Given the exceptionally hard times we were all living through with COVID 19 and the heavy workload you must have had to handle, we believe you offered an excellent service. We didn’t agree on the purchase of our house until 2nd April and completed on 10th June so just shy of 10 weeks, which is more than acceptable, particularly when I know of houses sold long before ours, which are still nowhere near completion. All I can say is I wish the move had gone as well - but that’s a whole new chapter!

Is it possible for us to go on a waiting list? As we're yet to find anywhere ourselves I don't think the hold up in us supplying our Solicitor details will be too much inconvenience. The estate agent said that could take up to a month for people to supply these details anyway. We had such a positive experience last time with Ann I don't think we want to use anyone else. Many thanks

I used Batchelor sharp for my recent house purchase and I cannot fault them.
We are first time buyers and after pulling out of a previous sale due to complications higher in the chain and being very let down to our previous solicitor based in kingswood, we are so grateful to have found Batchelor sharp and particularly to have Kieran and Kelly working on our case.
From the get go, Kelly was quick to answer all of my questions and i didn't have to wait anything more than 24 hours for a response. Kelly is so friendly and bubbly and never made me feel like any of my questions were silly, something that my previous solicitor had done. The service from Batchelor sharp compared to the other firm that I had used was 100 times better!

Worked with Paul for conveyancing in Bristol and he was experienced, wise and very prompt. I could have saved just over 5% of my fee working with a poor, big conveyancing factory from London, but this was worth every penny.
