Cannot thank Kieran enough for helping us purchase our first home. As first time buyers he explained everything calmy and clearly and completed all of our searches and checks so quickly and efficiently.
Unfortunately we were in a very long and stressful house chain with multiple situations going wrong at the top of our chain and far beyond our control. Kieran went above and beyond to investigate these issues and get back to us with reliable and accurate information. After months of delays he even stayed until 5.30pm on a Friday to exchange contracts and get it all over the line (only to find out the top of the chains solicitor had gone home).
Whenever I called to ask (many) questions, he was so calm, polite and always gave the most accurate information and was honest and realistic when talking about time lines.
Cannot speak highly enough and would 100% recommend.

We used Kieran at Batchelor Sharp for selling 2 properties, one needed a part land registry change. We were selling both properties to buy our forever home!
Without Kieran the process would have been so much harder than it already was due to the size of the chain.
Kieran went above and beyond to ensure that the exchange and completion went as well as it could have gone.
We will forever be grateful for Kieran’s help and support and will always always recommend him over anyone.
Kieran at Batchelor Sharp is the best at his job in our eyes.

I worked with Jackie and Kieran in my long and drawn out property sale and the whole time (which wasn’t their fault) they were so supportive and helpful. Every time I called for an update, they were there on the phone and gave the best advice. I will recommend them every time as they were actually ‘normal’ people instead of the stuck up persona people probably have! Thank u all so much for being my rock through a complicated time! ❤️

What a fantastic service we recieved from this company when buying our first home! We had no idea what we were doing being first time buyers and everything was well explained and very professional. I dealt with keiran and Louise a lot during the process and they were so brilliant and reassuring. Cannot reccomend this solicitors more!! Lovely solicitors, were so friendly and responsive buying my first home. Made the process easy and less stressful, the only hold up was the estate agents but Kieran helped keep my calm through the process.

I had the pleasure of working with Jackie and Kieran Curtis during the purchase of my first ever flat. Buying your first property is always daunting but Kieran was extremely clear and explained everything to me in person and on the phone, ensuring I understood every aspect of the purchase. Whilst the purchase took a lot longer than I expected, it wasn’t due to Jackie & Kieran - the seller changed solicitors half way through and they were extremely slow at responding. Jackie & Kieran we’re great and even came up with a solution regarding a flue pipe that needed to be moved POST sale (as it wasn’t done in time of the purchase). Something that I didn’t know was possible and saved the sale. Like any firm - you do need to call and chase things but I was very happy with Batchelor Sharp and would definitely recommend them.

Although off to a slow start come the end they earned their money. The only negative is that not enough contact and we had to chase for updates. Our contact had a difficult case and was put to the test and has another string to the bow.

I would highly recommend Batchelor Sharp to represent you in selling or buying a property. I had the pleasure in working with Jackie Curtis and her team, in particular Louise and Kieran. They are professional, kind, understanding and the best bit was having brilliant communication from them. They ensured I understood every aspect of the sell and then my purchase and was there to talk when I needed to go over things. I sold my flat at auction so it was very confusing at first but Jackie helped me understand it all and couldn't have been nicer. Also with my purchase I was buying over the bridge in Wales so she ensured I understood any difference in rules and put together very detailed reports on all aspects. Very reasonable in pricing and a pleasure to speak to.
