This firm in my opinion is fantastic. I'm unsure if Caird & Vaughan still practice themselves as my experience is with both men back in the late 90's.
They definitely had their client as the forefront and gave brilliant advice and representation.
I'd recommend to friends and family.

Separation Agreement

Disappointed with service, in particular with regards to drafting Minutes of Separation Agreement. In particular the length of time taken to completion.
Did push to start divorce proceedings after Agreement in place, no movement at all after three months. Excuse after excuse. Lack of communication throughout, Solicitor was constantly rude, even to other parties involved.
Changed solicitors, and now in progress, what a difference, kept updated on progress at all times.
