From my fist phone call I was met with a lovely receptionist who put me at ease straight away. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to speak directly to a solicitor and found the whole experience very easy . Mr McConnell was very easy to talk to and understanding in regards to my situation. He guided me through the whole process and when meeting in person I was made to feel at easy and my nerves soon disappeared. After a few coming and going’s over a few months he managed to have my case dropped completely. I cannot recommend Duncan and McConnell highly enough.

My experience as a client of Mr Mcconnell was one of huge relief at the outcome.
