Garage Sale

Excellent service
Bridge MacFarland assisted me with the sale and buying of my new home and I would like to send my huge thanks to Joshua who worked tirelessly to make it happen. At times I gave him so much grief, but despite that, he was always professional and patient with me.

Excellent and professional service
Incredible service for a house sale as a first time buyer I was kept in the loop with everything. The service and attention to detail was exemplary. I was always updated and informed during the whole process my house sale as completed in 8 weeks. Josh was always available to answer any queries I had and always gave me the best advice. I used Josh throughout all my house hunting and conveyancing, highly recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Outstanding
Really 1st class service from Joshua Hunter. We have moved 4 times and by far the most professional and courteous service we have ever received. Always available by email or phone to answer our questions. Nothing too much trouble. Very competetive price. We highly reccomend BMcF but in particular Joshua Hunter, really the best. Great service all round in particular from Samantha Bruton the Conveyancing Executive who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process, always on hand to accurately answer queries through phone calls and emails in a timely manner, which has made the buying and selling process much easier!

Joshua Hunter is fantastic
Josh has acted on my behalf now for the sale of my old house and purchase of my new one. Both times was on tight deadlines. First due to buyer pressure and second due to seller pressure. Josh responded isntantly without delays and made sure dates were met. He did not complain or delay at any stage and drove both projects right through to completion. I have purchased 8 properties over the years as a landlord but never met a convenyancing solicitor as efficient as Josh. Thank you so much for all your help.

Josh was honestly fantastic
I could not recommend Josh and his team more. Their eye for detail, constant communication and prompt replies allowed us to focus on the other parts of the move process without constantly having to chase or double check everything. A mile apart from everyone else we know's experience with a solicitor around a move. Worth every penny.
