As a first time buyer I was very worried about the legal side of buying a home. However I found Josh by recommendation and have to say he was brilliant. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and was InTouch thought out the buying process. Overall I'm very impressed. Thank you Josh.

Joshua Hunter of Bridge Mcfarland was fantastic in the sale and purchase of our new home it wasn't straight forward but with his knowledge expertise and care it was a quick and (especially for ourselves ) an easy process with Joshua I don't know were we would be a massive thank you to the whole team.

Josh and his team are so helpful and diligent. Our house purchase was a long drawn out process due to the seller but Josh and the team were always there to help and assist in anyway they could. On hand to answer any questions, even the ones that that seemed so trivial. The team are diligent, helpful and overall nice people to work with. Thanks again for all your help!

Excellent service, detailed search was excellent and helped with the easement issue. Tricia was always available, helpful and accurate in the information presented and available options. Josh did an excellent deal with the buyer's solicitors to enable completion on time, communication and options were excellent. Altogether a great service for a good price.

I first approached Debbie Conway as she has provided us with exceptional conveyancing service in the past, Deb forwarded us to Josh Hunter for his specialism with regard to The Humberston Fitties. Josh was highly recommended on The Fitties Facebook pages & he did not disappoint. Josh was experienced, helpful & very pleasant whenever we contacted him.
