We used Debbie Conway's team on a recommendation. Two sales went well but the third sale was frustrating because the team was not proactive and only chased up the purchaser's solicitors when we asked despite the team knowing that we were losing money through council tax. They asked questions which we'd already answered. We were going to complain but decided to use our feet instead and used other solicitors for our final 2 sales.
