Farnfields Solicitors have acted for me on two separate occasions within the last two years for property purchases. During both transactions I was given clear information and advice promptly and with efficiency. The first ‘purchase’ was terminated at quite a late stage (my decision) and I was feeling highly stressed about that decision. Nonetheless, I was treated with great kindness, respect and understanding when concluding matters. Some time later I needed to appoint a solicitor for another purchase and Farnfields were more than happy to act again for me, without hesitation. I'm pleased to say that I'm currently sat between exchange of contracts and completion with my purchase. I was not a client of Farnfields LLP and yet I was able to get an appointment within a day or two of my initial phone enquiry. When I made that first call, the receptionist said that someone would call me back - and they did, within a few hours. A meeting was arranged with Meril George and she was excellent. She understood what I wanted and that there was some urgency to it. Meril was very thorough in her explanation of the process and I felt I was in good hands immediately. Remarkably, my matter was opened, dealt with, and closed within the day. Superb all round.

Kathryn did an amazing job with our recent property sale. She kept us fully informed, was easy to contact and always responded to any questions or issues that arose. From acceptance of offer to completion took 11 weeks and this ensured that our buyer had her wish to move in before Christmas.

Kathryn has been dealing with the sale and onward purchase and has been exceptional. No question is ever any bother, and she has really helped make the process feel as simple as it can be. This is the third time I have used them and will definitely use them again in the future.
