I was not a client of Farnfields LLP and yet I was able to get an appointment within a day or two of my initial phone enquiry. When I made that first call, the receptionist said that someone would call me back - and they did, within a few hours. A meeting was arranged with Meril George and she was excellent. She understood what I wanted and that there was some urgency to it. Meril was very thorough in her explanation of the process and I felt I was in good hands immediately. Remarkably, my matter was opened, dealt with, and closed within the day. Superb all round.

Kathryn did an amazing job with our recent property sale. She kept us fully informed, was easy to contact and always responded to any questions or issues that arose. From acceptance of offer to completion took 11 weeks and this ensured that our buyer had her wish to move in before Christmas.

Having been involved with numerous house sales and purchases during my life, I just want to say what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with Farnfields in general, and Sarah Clarke and Emma Barlow in particular.

This was a complex sale process, involving my late mother's old, old listed cottage, with the problem of trying to rebuild a transaction history with which we were not familiar.

Sarah and Emma helped us navigate this painful process with skill and sensitivity. This was not an easy task. Furthermore, the final fee was very reasonable. A huge "thank you" to you both!

When we used the firm for a sale and purchase Farnfields and in particular Emily Walker and Callum Clark provided exceptional service. We had several delays caused by other parties within the chain and they both did all they could to keep us informed and to try and help wherever possible. We had been recommended Emily Walker from Farnfields solicitor, Warminster office, to handle our conveyancing and we were so pleased that we did. Emily has been exceptional throughout. We have bought and sold properties before with little fuss but this proved to be an extremely difficult sale and purchase due to complications on either side. Emily, Callum and the team were all professional, responsive and diligent. Emily held both our sale and purchase together in some very difficult circumstances. She always kept her cool despite being put under unrealistic time pressures but her attention to detail still never faltered. We quickly realised we could always trust her judgement, that she had our backs and always got issues resolved. She went above and beyond, especially for me personally due to health issues. She made time to make sure I fully understood what was going on and was a massive emotional support throughout. April & Paul
