Excellent Service ... again

We appointed Farnfields to do the conveyancing on the sale of our house in London, having already used them twice before (transfer of agricultural land from pension to personal ownership, purchase of a cottage in Wiltshire). Once again, Ingrid Hindle handled the transaction for us, including recovering all our costs on a prior abortive sale and then completing on an actual sale in double quick time (just 3 weeks from acceptance of offer through enquiries to exchange and completion). Ingrid and her team (shout out for Leah) were professional, prompt, proactive and a pleasure to deal with.

Mothers House Sale

Our Family have used Farnfields for many years now but this is the first time using the Shaftesbury office and I needed to sell my mothers house using my Power of Attorney so a new experience all round. Fantastic service

We used Ella-Rose Sitch and Lucy Liney for our house sale and couldn't praise them enough. They were really professional, they were efficient and dealt with issues as they arose, and they made sure to keep us informed of progress regularly. Can’t recommend Helen Phillips and Danielle Powell highly enough. They both helped us with the process of buying our 1st home which was very daunting, however they were extremely helpful, diligent and thorough. They were always on hand when ever we needed and kept us up to date throughout the process. If you ever need a solicitor, use these guys!!

We have sold two homes to move into one to support my elderly mother in law. We have had some set backs with buyers and needed to complete the two house sales on different dates. Farnfields have been highly professional, flexible and very supportive and kind throughout this process, keeping us on track despite the set backs from others. I could not have asked for more. I highly recommend using them!
