Worst Law Firm going. Totally absent - so absent that their competitor gave me the advice I needed. Totally unprofessional and somewhat arrogant. Lack attention to detail. Lack of communications. Phone calls/messages never returned. Lack of reply to all emails.

This firm didnt speak to me about my case for 4 months until 2 days before the trial and only then because I complained I had not seen the papers or exhibits. Then I was told to go guilty and pressured to agree to go guilty in what I can only describe as a HARD SELL tactic that a salesman would use. I was never asked for to see my paper evidence and they never took any statements from witnesses I had. I honestly felt they wanted me to fail. I had to sack this firm and move on.

Stuart Matthews (Reeds Solicitors) was a great solicitor to deal with - he explained everything to me very clearly. He was great on the day of my interview and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

I was advised by nicola hutchinson of reeds bristol,a partner in the company, who was with me at the police interview.She totally misled me throughout the process,so much so I do agree with a previous reviewer who believed she was in league with the police.Please avoid this company if you want impartial advice and you value your freedom.

The team at Reeds and mostly Dana were paramount to getting this case dismissed. At a time where communication from the police was extremely lacking, Dana, Kate and Annie worked hard to provide me answered. A comprehensive statement to the CSA got this case rightly dismissed.

Nathan was amazing. He helped me avoid a prosecution from TfL. If you receive a verification letter or a court notice then call Nathan ASAP! Pay the fees and avoid a conviction which could ruin your life!

Nicola is a great solicitor. She was my solicitor for my parole when Covid just hit the uk & as you can imagine it was a hard time for us all but that didnt change her excellence or drive to get the results we both needed. She stayed in contact throughout my recall & supported me when I was in doubt. I recommend Nicola very highly
