Extremely disappointing experience with Whiterose Blackmans Solicitor.
I had an extremely negative experience with Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors, specifically with Mudassir Ali. My husband and I hired him in July 2024 to assist with my application and paid upfront. Despite this, we did not receive a formal agreement or even a receipt acknowledging our payment, which was highly unprofessional.
During our initial meeting, Mr. Ali failed to inform us about a critical deadline for submitting my application.
Despite completing all requirements on my end, Mudassir Ali ignored my repeated emails and calls. It wasn’t until my husband intervened that we were able to get a response, which felt disrespectful and discriminatory. When we finally met with him in December, he admitted that he had not acted in time due to being overwhelmed with 200 clients. This excuse is unacceptable, as it demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility.
The lack of communication, negligence, and poor time management exhibited by Mudassir Ali has been deeply distressing. I strongly caution others against seeking legal services from Whiterose Blackmans Solicitors, as my experience has been a costly and emotionally draining ordeal.

Representation for Child Arrangements Matter
Irram was instructed with little notice to assist us in our matter. Irram showed empathy and compassion whilst remaining impartial and professional during consultation & on day of hearing. She was able to achieve the ideal result on the day. Irram is able to clearly deconstruct legal jargon & give that reassurance that she genuinely cares about clients to get the best outcome.

Excellent Service Provided Last Minute
I had left instructing a Solicitor last minute with only 4 days notice before the Hearing. Arooj wasn't fazed by the short notice. She was professional and friendly explaining the whole process and what to expect. I wouldn't hesitate to use Arooj again, she is a credit to the firm.

Arooj Ahmed was my solicitor looking after my case and from when she met me outside court I was made to feel she had everything under control. I was expecting the book thrown at me but Arooj had it all under control and I was let off lightly after my stupid mistake.
