Brilliant this is how it should be done.
Kareemah was really helpful and even though she couldn't help she called and gave some amazing leads that lead to getting someone suitable.
Amazing phone call and then an email to explain what the call was about.

Drafting new Will
I needed to update my Will after many years, to take account of changes in circumstances and new family members. I searched locally and found Kareemah Al’Hassan of Whiterose Blackman Leeds. The service I received was very professional; Kareemah was friendly and it was reassuring to know that nothing was overlooked.

Making my will
I decided I needed to update my will and Kareemah was recommended. From the very first phone call to actually signing my will everything went very smoothly. Kareemah was very professional and answered all my questions knowledgeable which I found a great help. Whenever I needed to contact Kareemah or visit the office she and all the office staff were friendly and helpful

Helpful and understanding will writing service
After my mother died last year i was in the strange situation of needing to write a will at a young age. Kareemah was helpful and understanding throughout the process.

Will done
Kareemah provided some excellent advice and suggestions on what should and should not be put in a will and potential consequences to consider when putting it together. It transpires it’s not as simple as it sounds. With kareemah’s support and guidance this was made to be as easy and painless as possible.

Kareemah is understanding and make bespoke wills
Kareemah is very professional, prepares the legally binding Will without paying expensive solicitor's fees. She explained to me and my husband about different elements of the Will and satisfied all our questions. She spent so much time with me and prepared bespoke Will.

Kareemah was caring and understanding - very disabled friendly.
You can tell when someone is passionate and caring when they emailed on a Sunday to discuss to arrange a day to discuss a important issue.
Kareemah is very switched off and gentle in explaining rather complex stuff to someone who suffers from disabilities. Kareemah helped make complex stuff sound easy to digest.
Definitely recommend her.

Great experience
I am glad to choose Whiterose Blackmans. Kareemah was quite helpful throughout the process. She regularly followed up and took care of the tiny details. She made her best effort to make everything clear to me. Her response to my emails was prompt and she finished the work in a relatively short period of time. I highly recommend.

Quality advice and friendly service
I have been extremely impressed with the clear and succinct advice especially when my head has been frazzled. You would want her to be fighting your corner than be on the other side.
I was worried and didn't know what to do but she helped me through it step by step.
I would recommend her and if you need to speak to her she will take the time for you as if you are her only client.
