Zero empathy or kindness
At a time when what I needed most was some understanding, Joni was unhelpful, blunt and actually seemed to stop caring or fighting for me at a critical point of my case. I begged him for help and his lack of interest resulted in me receiving less than half of what he originally said I should receive. I was then forced to pay interest on his final fee even though I hadn’t received the settlement figure yet. I am in shock at how badly I was treated, I do not recommend this company.
