Feedback survey
The responses were swfit; they were knowledgable about the legal matters. I did not feel relaxed in my communication as for simple querries I was charged which prevented me to engage with the solicitor.

Fantastic Service
Never been in this situation before and from the first time I spoke to Jonathan he put me at ease and has always been on the end of a phone or email when I needed to ask him a question. He took the stress away.

Professional and honest
I have been with Mr Fredericks for almost 9 months. Lengthy documents for the case. He had gone through everything with necessary clarifications. Quick communication with necessary and honest advice. Replies even after late evening and even nights to quicken process. Later with expenditures mounting, changed plan to 'No win no pay' basis which was very helpful and much appreciated.

Excellent service
I used Frederick Solicitors late in the day for an Employment issue. The service received was brilliant. They even worked outside office hours to ensure that my claim was filled on time. I felt supported all the way through process. I am very happy with the outcome. Will certainly use again if I have any other issues.
