Stay well away from this firm, they had to be chased by ourselves, the buyers solicitors and estate agents to ensure they did the work required. They said they had applied for things when they hadn’t and failed to notify the land registry office of change of ownership. They came across as inexperienced and incompetent

Above and beyond, went the extra mile for me .
Being dyslexic having a hidden disability is really annoying when it comes to terminology and paperwork, almost nil an void would usually be my response or lack off.
Really proud to say I appreciated all the help an support I got from Shabnam from Applebys and Claim 500/ Ilyas Mohammad. Respect where it's due.

After signing up with claim 500 after a road traffic accident, they selected Appleby solicitors to pursue my compensation claim. All communication was via letter, no personal calls where made. I was not advised on the best course of action after the defendants solicitors raised causation and won the case in court. I was left with a court order to pay the defendants solicitors. After numerous telephone calls and emails to Applebys and threatening to take things further they returned my calls. The manager there (didn't get her name) had a really bad attitude and I found rude and abrupt. I am now in the process of taking my complaint further via the claims management ombudsman. I would not recommend these solicitors nor would I recommend claim 500 to act on my behalf again.
