Avoid at all costs if you want to sell a property - Very slow and unorganised

I am in the process of purchasing a property in Chiswick and unfortunately the seller decided to hire Switalskis Solicitors. She must have not checked all their bad reviews!

They haven't done anything for 3 weeks now (no exaggeration) and their excuse has been that someone was sick.

I am considering very seriously to drop the purchase since I am not in a position to wait for much longer. The seller says that she considers to change solicitors but this will mean a further delay... Avoid!

Rebecca crofts is a very professional compassionate and understanding. When she enters the court room she makes sure she gets all her points across to the judge in a way I cannot explain and if anyone in cross examination is not telling the truth the speed and confidence and knowledge she possesses she finds them out. Absolutely outstanding representation I cannot express how good Rebecca crofts is .
