The legal team at S.A. Younis Solicitors provided a professional, courteous and super-efficient service when instructed to manage the sale of my residential property. Shahnaz went above an beyond trying to get us our dream home. We were first time buyers and she explained how everything will work with such simplicity. She made us feel comfortable and went out of her way to make sure we got them keys as soon as she could. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

From December 2022, I started to begin my paperwork and Bilal kept on track with his support.

He was very good at focusing on getting all the job done right and meeting deadlines. I submitted my case on 5th June 2023 and in total from biometrics it took 9 days and I got a decision via fastrack which was additional £573.

In total all my case was cleared within 7 months. From start to finish and this has been the result I wanted. I am happy with the outcome with all credit to Bilal for his expertise. 👍👍
