Please don’t play with clients emotions .. If you are not fit for this job then please leave .. buying a home is so important to people. I could literally see the difference in service when I changed solicitors. Absolutely zero correspondence from the solicitor and I lost a lot of time

i was so anxious at the start as this is my first home and this was the top solicitor suggested by my bank and there’s a reason why! from the start they were super sweet and efficient with their digital interface i never had to travel to sign any documents making it super comfortable and no need to book off time at work. ravinder and his team made me feel at peace the whole time as they answered all my silly questions and didn’t mind me asking the same thing over and over making sure i had everything i needed. the staff are so friendly and shared in my excitement even though they see this everyday. I cannot miss out Anita who helped out so much to reassure us and start us off on our journey! truly amazing and as a first time buyer at 21 and 20 years old - WRJ solicitors were the way to go and we wouldn’t change a thing.

As a first time buyer the whole process was very intimidating and confusing. However WRJ Solicitors always had time for me, and explained everything in a way i could understand. When there was setback after setback, i feel like WRJ Solicitors really fought my corner and made it as smooth as possible.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Used this firm in 2023 but have only just remembered I didn’t leave a review.
Didn't return calls or emails.
Lost paperwork.
Nearly caused the chain to collapse.
English was a second language for half the staff making communication extremely difficult.
A disgrace to their profession.
Place needs shutting down.
