Please don’t play with clients emotions .. If you are not fit for this job then please leave .. buying a home is so important to people. I could literally see the difference in service when I changed solicitors. Absolutely zero correspondence from the solicitor and I lost a lot of time

Didn't return calls or emails.
Lost paperwork.
Nearly caused the chain to collapse.
English was a second language for half the staff making communication extremely difficult.
A disgrace to their profession.
Place needs shutting down.

We would rate our experience as 5! Everything was done pretty fast, we didn't have to do anything extra, it seemed like the job was done almost without our involvement. Very good company!

The firm were incredibly conscious of our lack of experience and knowledge and explained things in a clear and concise manner. They were punctual and professional throughout and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is reliant on a knowledgeable solicitor to guide them through the process of a house purchase.

My experience with WRJ Solicitors as a first time buyer was positive but stressful but not due to the Solicitors at WRJ, who have been the most helpful.

Perminder and Rupinder have both worked on my case. Perminder has always kept me updated with where things where up to. She copied me in to almost every email when chasing up the sellers solicitors regarding unanswered queries and exchange dates. I have had lots of reassurance from WRJ towards the end of a bit of a frustrating process for both of us. My partner and I were first time buyers and found the whole process to be stressful and frustrating but not due to WRJ Solicitors. Perminder and Rupinder carried out their services perfectly, especially Perminder who stopped at nothing to chase the sellers solicitors and provided us with every possible update she could. As well as this, Perminder provided advice and guidance when exchange dates didn’t go ahead, and when new information was brought to light on the property, Perminder acted in our best interest and did everything she could to make the process run as smoothly as possible. Buying a house is stressful enough but doing it for the first time, when you are pregnant and work full time, adds extra stress onto the process. Perminder communicated with us amazingly, providing us with calls, emails and general updates and acting in our best interest every time.

The process took slightly longer than expected but that was through no fault of WRJ Solicitors as it was the sellers solicitors who delayed things and didn’t communicate properly.

I would highly recommend WRJ Solicitors and will no doubt use them again when we come to buy another property in future.

i have been with this firm for 10 years now the partners are great with over 17 years worth of experience. Recently the admin staff and junior paralegals have really let the firm down with their careless attitudes. The new staff are great and i dont think its fair for the firm who have had a bad raft of staff

I recently had the misfortune of hiring this firm, and the experience was dreadfull from start to finish. The customer service was abysmal; calls and emails went unanswered for days, and when I did manage to get through, I was met with dismissive and condescending attitudes. Their lack of knowledge was astonishing, often giving me incorrect or conflicting information, which caused significant delays and additional costs. I would strongly advise against using this solicitor if you value professionalism, competence, and timely communication.
