I sold and bought houses this year and used W&G both times. The purchase, in particular was troublesome because of various issues, but was completed in time to allow me to take advantage of a tax relief measure which saved me many times their fee.
In spite of this, they held to their fixed fee, quoted at the start, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
