Ruthlessly efficient

Ive dealt with this firm on 3 occasions- 2 for colleagues, then more recently for myself.
Their efficiency is always ruthless, and they take no prisoners at least with business/ litigation matters. Dealt with a very unpleasant situation for me with haste and urgency at a time that it was desperately needed - it made a massive difference to the problem and my sanity.
Always my first port of call moving forward.

Talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk

Mel and co are excellent at talking about the actions they will take. They are experts to giving a very false hope to already vulnerable clients. Took advantage of us. An extremely disappointing outcome. She froze in settlement meeting. Fees were in excess and sadly our opposition let out to us that ' she's a good lawyer but money talks with her' we say no more. Her behaviour changed and she supported the opposition more???? Totally betrayed by them!! There is no justice.
