Me and my partner are currently using these solicitors to purchase a property. The process has been absolutely terrible from the start, we are now a good 15 of weeks into the process and there is no sign of it being completed. We are getting little to no communication from this firm and when we do all we get is they are ‘waiting on the sellers solicitors to send them documents’ when clearly that’s not the case. Also our solicitor for the job has changed multiple times to other people that aren’t even registered as solicitors, let alone registered to that company. Buying a home is stressful and these solicitors are just adding to the pressure. We started this process at the middle of the year and we have no clue up to this point when we will be in that house. Clearly this company is out sourcing its work to other companies potentially not even in the same country. I would avoid using this firm at all costs, I highly do not recommend

I'm surprised by the high rating on Google, especially given the much lower reviews on Trustpilot and Facebook. In hindsight, I wish I had checked those platforms before using this service. Unfortunately, my experience didn't meet my expectations, as they missed the completion deadline for myself, which set me back by three months. I also found it challenging to reach them by phone. I hope they can improve their communication and service standards moving forward but I doubt they will. I have used other solicitors in my other purchases and believe me the process was really good in comparison to BRM Legal

2.5/5 - I would not recommend these solicitors. Whilst I appreciate moving properties can take a long time and no doubt the solicitors are extremely busy, it was the lack of honesty, lack of communication and false promises that let this whole process down. We were told on many occasions we would exchange one week, then it got to that week and we was told it would be the week after - this repeated several times. As buyers, we did far more than what is required of us such as being a messenger between two parties and getting the ball rolling with emails and phone calls constantly. We felt extremely let down by our solicitor Haleema and even when it came to completion day and getting the keys, there was another hiccup in terms of funds not been transferred that we then again had to chase. This whole experience was being told one thing and being fed lies, and then the complete opposite happened. The reason I have give it 2.5 stars is that the process has actually been completed however I would not go through the process with BRM again.

Nightmare experience with BRM legal, using their services to buy a property and the case got changed of resposible person many times with no communications. I am now due to exchange/completion and haven't managed to hear back from BRM legal for more than a week, being completely in the dark if we will manage to exchange on the agreed date

BRM Legal were great through my whole experience, quick and responsive and answered questions whenever I needed them to, they were great, Aleena who was the main person I dealt with, was amazing, thankyou guys.
