About this branch

Description

We advise clients on a wide spectrum of family law matters. We have valuable expertise to conduct litigation as well as represent clients at the Family Court; from the start of the case life cycle to the end. We are here to bridge the gap in the family law legal market for a law firm which can deliver both the services of conducting litigation and courtroom advocacy in-house for each stage of the case life cycle. We therefore offer two service lines:- The first one being for the public as a “one stop shop”, providing to family law clients both case management and advocacy services and that too for a competitively priced, fixed fee arrangement. The second service line being for other Solicitor firms looking for Advocates to represent their clients at court hearings as the concerned firm’s agent. Finally, we are committed to ensure that a proper standard of service is provided to all our clients! We are open to our clients and members of the public from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Services are provided by me and an assistant from our offices based at Radclyffe House, 66-68 Hagley Road, Birmingham, B16 8PF, as well as remotely via email and over video conferencing platforms such as MS Teams, ZOOM or Skype. We also offer, by prior arrangement, out of office appointments or home visits for people where deemed necessary e.g. for accessibility reasons. Along with being able to converse in English, me and my assistant are able to converse fluently in Hindi and Urdu. This enables us to converse with clients who predominantly speak those languages as well as other similar languages such as Punjabi, Mirpuri and Bangla in the endeavour to tailor the service to suit their individual needs. We are both also proficient in using online language translation tools to cater for clients with whom we are not able to converse in English or any other languages known to us.
