Ash has more than six years of post-qualification experience of advising clients in a wide range of family law matters as well as of conducting litigation and representing clients at the Family Court. Ash became a Higher Court Advocate rather early in his legal career; a feat achieved within 3 years of qualifying as a Solicitor. As of November 2022, Ash was granted an Associate Membership of 3 Bolt Court; a Barrister’s Chambers. Through 3 Bolt Court, he is regularly instructed by other Solicitor firms to represent their clients at the Family Court. As an Advocate, he is now looking to build upon his litigation experience by acting as a “one stop shop” for clients; providing them with a “package deal” covering initial advice, conducting litigation (case file management) and exercising rights of audience (court representation) if required. In his spare time, Ash is a dedicated Saturday league cricketer who prides himself on having had the privilege to once represent Worcestershire County Cricket Club at the U17 level; be it as a “one game wonder”!

Child arrangements order
I just want to thank Mr Akshat Krishna for the great job he has done on my case. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns. He put me at ease throughout the legal process. Very professional, very helpful and very clear
I had the pleasure of having Ash support me through a difficult day in court. He calmed my nerves, ensured I fully understood all possible outcomes and totally supported me. I didn’t get the outcome that I was hoping for as there will be further hearings but this was no fault of Ash and it was made clear that it could be an outcome dependant of the other party involved

Really grateful to have him represent my case at family court!
Ash has been extremely helpful, he goes out of his way to explain everything thoroughly and clearly so that everything makes sense, which I really appreciate! Really takes his time to explain each bit without rushing. I am beyond happy with the service I have received! I’m also happy to have been represented by him at court, the outcome of the case was exactly what I’d hoped for and I’m extremely grateful for his help and in helping me get what I needed in terms of the outcome of my case. Ash has also advised me on future steps to take with regards on what to next and this has been really helpful, especially as a person who doesn’t know how to deal with any of these matters. Brilliant!
Brilliant representation in my non-mol hearing, explained absolutely everything is so much detail including the next steps. He really took the time to make sure I fully understood what was happening at each point and very professional. Very refreshing that I felt understood on a human level as well as a legal one with what feels a sensitive situation. He got the best outcome we could on the day too. I was really grateful for such knowledgeable representation.
