Really pleased I chose Spencer West as my Solicitors for my house sale. Both Helen Davis and Nicki, her assistant, were really helpful throughout and it was honestly a breeze. Would thoroughly recommend and would most definitely use again if I needed to.

I cannot recommend Helen Davis enough, she was absolutely fantastic. Quick to respond, communicative and supportive. We had a really tough process with our sale and purchase but Helen worked very hard to get things over the line for us. She kept us regularly updated and I felt complete trust in Helens hands.

Helen Davis at Spencer West LLP acted for us during a sale of a property in Tiverton, Devon. What should have been a simple sale/purchase with no chain was made a protracted nightmare by the purchaser and Helen acted most professionally throughout, ensuring replies and information were provided in a timely manner. Her patience was admirable and we are very grateful for her help and advice in finally getting the sale over the line.

I have just used the services of Helen Davis and her Admin Assistant Nicky Johns in the sale of my property in a small village in Devon. The service was extremely timely and efficient, and Helen kept me informed of progress at all stages. This was a very stressful time as I was managing the whole project for my brother, who has learning difficulties, however, Helen and Nicky made the whole experience run very smoothly. I am extremely grateful, please relay my thanks to them both.

I was recommended this firm through a friend, in particular Helen. Helen was kind, supportive and helpful in our first purchase of a property. Nothing was too silly to ask or any trouble. Helen, Nichola and the team made the sale of my leasehold flat stress free. I was expecting the process to be a far different experience.
Helen was amazing and her knowledge of leasehold properties outstanding.
Whenever I contacted Helen, she was always quick to reply.
Any complications were resolved without causing me any worry, Helen would do this under her own initiative and also saved me a lot of money.
I have total faith in Helen and Spencer West and would totally recommend them.
I will definitely be using Helen when I purchase my next property!

Extremely professional and courteous, which is normally expected! but when I can add friendly and understanding also! this is what makes the horrors of moving house feel so much easier! and that's exactly the service I received from Helen Davis, even when the moving day money transfers where going against us!
