Helen Davis at Spencer West LLP acted for us during a sale of a property in Tiverton, Devon. What should have been a simple sale/purchase with no chain was made a protracted nightmare by the purchaser and Helen acted most professionally throughout, ensuring replies and information were provided in a timely manner. Her patience was admirable and we are very grateful for her help and advice in finally getting the sale over the line.

I have just used the services of Helen Davis and her Admin Assistant Nicky Johns in the sale of my property in a small village in Devon. The service was extremely timely and efficient, and Helen kept me informed of progress at all stages. This was a very stressful time as I was managing the whole project for my brother, who has learning difficulties, however, Helen and Nicky made the whole experience run very smoothly. Helen, Nichola and the team made the sale of my leasehold flat stress free. I was expecting the process to be a far different experience.
Helen was amazing and her knowledge of leasehold properties outstanding.
Whenever I contacted Helen, she was always quick to reply.
Any complications were resolved without causing me any worry, Helen would do this under her own initiative and also saved me a lot of money.
