Helen, Nichola and the team made the sale of my leasehold flat stress free. I was expecting the process to be a far different experience.
Helen was amazing and her knowledge of leasehold properties outstanding.
Whenever I contacted Helen, she was always quick to reply.
Any complications were resolved without causing me any worry, Helen would do this under her own initiative and also saved me a lot of money.
I have total faith in Helen and Spencer West and would totally recommend them.
