He handled a hearing to increase my claim. He obviously never read the bundle which was put together by an apprentice. Claimant and defendant were mixed up. All phone numbers for people who should have been included were wrong. He had told me I would be called in but could not speak. I could send him a what’s app message if there was anything I wanted to add. After losing he said the judge would not let me into the hearing which was a blatant lie.
Although all the evidence required was in his notes he never put anything of any relevance forward. We had gone through the financials of my claim changing a few items. The final claim that went in was my original figures. It’s as if he left the whole thing to his apprentice turned up without reading up on the case. Never even called me to discuss the case beforehand. The transcript was very hard to read he cost me approx £300k.

Took on Regan Peggs as a private prosecutor in 2022. Company and his staff were efficient and we were very impressed with the Company's services. Unfortunately after a year and a half the CPS took over and dismissed the case, despite video evidence to prove the perpetrator guilty of the offence. Regan Peggs acted professionally in this case.

A related issue arose and Regan Peggs offered us a service which we agreed and paid for. Unfortunately, at that time, we were unaware that he was having financial problems and his company was in liquidation. He did not honour his promises to refund us for the work he did not do. We took him to the County Court to retrieve our money and he agreed he would honour the Court Order. That never happened. I only found out by doing a search on the web, that his Birmingham company is in liquidation and that he has moved to Scotland. Information and contact details of the liquidator administrator is on the web. But I doubt, even with the Court Order in place, that we will get our money back.

The company was professional and was great at communication to begin with. After 2 years the company went downhill and since 2023 was recorded as being in liquidation.

I was contacted in April 2023 by Regan Peggs firm regarding my claim against my former business partner. It was all full of promises and we parted with our money. After trying to get hold of this person we were informed she had left but another person would handle our case. After feeling nervous regarding the competency of the new individual I decided to go to Regan Peggs so called offices in Birmingham. I was left unimpressed by seviced office used by many companies and a total lack of staff from Regan Peggs. I sat with the new very young I believe student trainee and corrected his understanding of the case. After several frustrating months trying to get to speak with anyone I was informed that the new trainee had also left and there was only Regan Peggs. After finally speaking with Regan Peggs late 2023 we were assured things would move swiftly and to this day April 2024 we have had nothing but promises after promises excuses after excuses and have now given up on this very poor service and employed a proper firm.

Stressful. Complete lack of responsiveness
